I like to provide my sellers and buyers with helpful information to assist them in their moving process. This includes home sale trends in their neighborhood, comparable recent sales of properties like theirs. I also like to search for new home listings that meet my clients needs and budgets often, including daily if needed. The market is hot and homes that are priced right and show well can sell in a day if not days!

I have a graduate and undergraduate education in Business Communications from San Francisco State University. I read constantly about the economy, real estate market and political climate that can affect home ownership.

My family bought many homes as investments as I grew up. Real Estate ownership and equity helped my family though the ups and downs of the economy. I grew up in a family of six. My dad being a carpenter was quite handy and loved to renovate homes. Ofcourse I helped out as much as I could throughout the years and was able to witness home building from the ground up! What a fascinating process. I know how to mix and set cement, how to lay tile, how to knock walls down or put them up. How to sheetrock, how to run electrical wire and such. Ofcourse, it was all under supervision then and I don't mess with these things now! : )

I love working with all kinds of people. From large families to small families to first time home buyers. Land sales or purchase and I also enjoy working with investors and those wanting a 1031 Tax Differed Exchange.

I recently sold a split level home to a wonderful family in Gresham, OR and helped them relocate to a 2 acre home in Corbett, OR. It was tricky because their family has 9 children so we needed to find a home for them FAST! We did it with minimal trouble with some creative solutions.

Communication and empathy are so important in this business. I like to err on the side of over communicating instead of leaving you wondering what's going on. Were going to be spending many months on a transaction so it's important that understand what's happening throughout the process. I use an online calendar that i share with you keeping us both on tract with dates for inspection, contingency deadlines, appraisal dates, loan underwriting, title co signings, closing, etc...
